Returns policy
Online purchases can be reviewed for return within 7 days, subject to eligibility and item condition.
TECHM8 offers a 7 day change-of-mind returns policy for eligible online purchases.
If you want to return a purchase, you need to follow the return instructions within 7 days to organise a return and receive either store credit or a refund of the product purchase price, excluding the original delivery and handling fees.
Return approval is not automatic. The product condition and the reason for return will still be reviewed against policy before a refund or store credit is issued.

Change of mind returns
These requests are limited and only apply where the product remains in fully resalable condition.
Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not required to accept change-of-mind returns. TECHM8 may accept a change-of-mind return in limited circumstances for online orders.
Only products that are still factory sealed are accepted for a change-of-mind return. Any product that has been opened, including broken shrinkwrap, broken seals or removed labels, cannot be returned as a change-of-mind item.
This also includes cases where an item does not fit your requirements, unless a TECHM8 team member or the website explicitly advised that the product would be suitable.

Contact support first If the issue may be resolved remotely, TECHM8 will try to assist before return.If the product needs assessment, return the item with original packaging and contents where possible, together with proof of purchase, to any TECHM8 store.
For delivery orders, contact TECHM8 with your order number and a return can be arranged free of charge together with a return form.
Once the item is received, the product condition is assessed off-site and a repair, replacement or credit outcome will be provided.

Repair or replacement process
Warranty claims may be resolved by repair, replacement or credit depending on the product assessment outcome.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type instead of being repaired. Refurbished parts may also be used to repair the goods.
Customers may also contact the original manufacturer directly to arrange repair, replacement or credit. This can sometimes result in a faster turnaround, but TECHM8 can still process the warranty claim if you prefer.
Important exclusions
Physical damage
Damage caused by impact, liquid or other physical events may need additional inspection and may not be covered under warranty.
Items showing physical damage may require further external assessment and may fall outside normal warranty coverage.
